    It wasn't that great of a show. The band was tired...venue sucked...crowd was lame...etc...

    i remember really enjoying this show. maybe because i had awesome seats.

    i do remember getting super geeked for driven to tears.
    i have a paper here that entitles me to fast track status

    I was also at the show and Boston 3 the night before, we were exhasted. I understand why the band was tired. Hershey park is the worst concert venue I have ever been to! It holds no crowd noise in.

    I liked the venue. It was the only time I saw Pearl Jam at an outdoor venue. Bit of a phoned-in performance...but after the two MSG shows I saw that week plus the Camden one....I was very quick to forgive.

    the only lame thing about the show was everyone in my section sitting down throughout the show. But I got my tickets at the last minute so they were probably a bunch of noobs.

    and the "mosquito bites" thing was lame too.

    WOW, I'm always pleasantly suprized at how good songs off riot act sound live.

    at what point in the show is there a Mosquito rant? can you hear it on bootleg??

    Yes! This i so true. I like it on the album but when I heard it on the 2003 boots it's really, really great! A bit annoyed that Eddie started changing lyrics with once on that song but still - its a great live song and the fact they don't play it any longer sucks.

    On a positive note, it WAS a beautiful summer night.

    I definitely agree with the crowd being lame. Not enough hardcore fans, I guess. State College 2003 was intense!! The crowd was full of PJ crazies...

    you sure? i thought i remembered hearing something about a girl falling off of something high like a bridge or something outside of the stadium.
