Can't get to the venue until close to show time - anyone have previous experience with fan club ticket pick up?

Thanks :mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

    I always try to hit the sweet spot between the early bird line, and the showtime line...I hate waiting in lines, especially when I'm about to get my seats for the evening...I'm always a little nervous opening that little white envelope, even though there's absolutely no good rational reason to be. :lol:

    no doubt the folks that were held up at the '08 Hartford show 10C ticket line would remind you to 1st pick up your tickets then proceed to tailgate your face off,...

    I'd say that if you're planning to show up to tailgate for any length of time (which for most people is highly likely) I would suggest you arrive, set up for your tailgate, take a walk to the gates to pick up your tickets (assuming you aren't there uber early), and then head back, tickets in hand, to enjoy the rest of your pre-party!! ;)

    Incidentally, in the incredibly awesome event that you happen to hit the 10C ticket lottery, this would be an outstanding time to head back to your tailgate for some serious celebration!

    block seating in 2003 was my first 10C ticket experience. made some good friends in line that day.

    as for when to arrive imy only advice is to: find out when the 10C pickup ENDS because if you get there after that you are not getting your tickets period.

    10C ticket window always closes 30 minutes after the band has taken the stage,...

    I remember Camden 1 last year being a mess. If it is a weekday show, which I think most are, there will be a rush about an hour before showtime until the band takes the stage. You might want to cut out of work a little bit early if you can... Thankfully I am.

  • You don't really hafta get there early for tickets but, if you wanna grab a poster you might wanna be there a little early!
