    According to my confirmation email: "Your tickets will be mailed to your billing address and delivered no later than 5 days before the event. If you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to the show please contact us."

    Do those same rules apply to e-tickets which were supposed to be sent "between 24 and 48 hours" of being purchased?
