    Detroit is a complete shithole, but I've not heard anything about this nonsense. And I can guarantee you that it is pure bullshit that you are allowed to bulldoze a building knowing people are inside.

    What a load of crap...

    If the banks are selling off these foreclosed properties, then that is their right... they own them.
    They block out areas, in which 80% or more of the houses have been foreclosed on, which happens to be almost the entire city and county.
    A bit of an exaggeration, don't you think? They are basically saying that Wayne county is 80% foreclosed... that number isn't even close to realistic.
    These Private Management Companies sell themselves as residual property management firms. Most of these companies, as it turns out, are in fact off-shore subsidiaries of Private Military Contractors (PMCs).
    Ok, I'll bite... how do they know that these companies (which they conveniently don't name) are "off-shore subsidiaries of Private Military Contractors" (which again, aren't named).
