What is your favorite version of SOLAT (Studio)?

What is your favorite of the 3 studio versions of SOLAT? Singles Soundtrack vs. Lost Dogs(edit: I mean RVM) vs. Ten reissue?
I'm personally really digging the slow and groove version on Ten. Maybe because it's new but I really like its swagger and raw sound. Who is that hooting and hollering at the end? That's really funny.
Curious on your thoughts.

Up here so high I start to shake, Up here so high the sky I scrape, I've no fear but for falling down, So look out below I am falling now, Falling down,...not staying down, Could’ve held me up, rather tear me down, Drown in the river

I prefer the drumming they used for the release of the song. So much ferocity and well-timed changes, plus a more "wet" feel on the cymbals that goes very well with the whole song.
I'm not at all a fan of the demo version (but a song has to start somewhere, so it's fun to hear as a curiosity) as well as the new version, since it loses the ferocity, the well-timed changes and the "wet" feel of the cymbals.
I'll also have to play my Lost Dogs version soon since I didn't detect the difference between Singles version and the LD version when I got LD.

the difference between lost dogs and the singles version is pretty slight.... a little diferent effect on the vox, i think, plus this weird flange/phaser effect on the drums right before the guitar solo... check it out.
btw... i agree with you, the singles version is the best.

But I also really liked the rawness of the ten reissue version. It reminded me of a jam session where a band just pushed record and had some fun. True emotion and the feeling of a band just starting out and getting to know each other creatively.
 its on Rearviewmirror....

Haha, yeah I agree with that. The Singles version is great, but I love the feel and groove of the reissue version.
me too! the funny thing is, i made that exact same mistake (probably about the same song) on a post a few months ago. good to know i'm still an idiot! : )
I get them mixed up all the time. Non "albums" being released around the same times with miscellaneous songs from earlier years and later years - I suppose we will be forgiven.

Funny! I edited my original post. I was so flabbergasted when Breath and SOLAT weren't on Lost Dogs that somehow, now, I associated SOLAT with Lost Dogs.
With a nice stereo and played pretty loud, this Ten reissue version really makes me feel like I'm in a garage in a warm summer's evening with the garage door open, garage light on, car parked in the driveway and I'm listening to the band playing while I'm sitting on the hood of the car.
