Backspacer Packaging

I know in the goods sections it says you can preorder the cd in the hardbound book style packaging. However, it says that it is the Ten Club / Indie package. Does that mean that the indie record stores will be selling the same "version" of Backspacer as the Ten Club?

    The 10c/Indie will be like a hard cover book...Much like the self titled album from 10c...as a neat little book...

    All other outlets will have the digipak cardboard stuff...

    I understand that it will come in a neat little book. My question is, will the indie stores get the same packaging as the ten club is selling? Does "all other outlets" mean Target (a-la riot act packaging)?
