Once of the best radio show performances I've seen. PJ needs to do this and have the streaming video and downloadable audio.

Saw them a few weeks back in a very small club show, the crowd was wild, and right they were, they are a brilliant band.

Still can't believe thats a guy singing...

I'm seeing them next month in the same auditorium where I graduated from High School. Holds 2-3 thousand people. Should be sweet.
  • i really like this band and want to hear more, but their new album is terrible to me! so bland. i hope its just a speed bump.

How can you say you really like them if they only have 2 albums and you think one of them is terrible?

    I think Swoon is amazing.

because their first album and their EP were really really good!

Do you really think the 2nd one is that different than the first album?

the sound is exactly the same (not that i have a problem with that), but the songs lack some of the punch or something. the last few songs especially drag to me. they all kinda sound the same. i like a couple of the first few tracks though, but none more than Carnavas.

Give it another try. The Royal We and Panic Switch are amazing.

Thank you for posting this ... really good performance. I LOVE this band, but have missed seeing them live when they've been here (most notably in 2006 when they played The Church. I'm still pissed off about that.) Can't seem to sell them to the people I try to influence (my daughters) and I can't figure out why. I raised them to have a sophisticated musical palate, and although my younger daughter's band covers Lazy Eye, they take a pass when it comes to going to see them. Frustrating.

    Everyone's first response is "I can't believe that's a guy singing!"
