The Fixer- For Sale?

Is there any indication when we might be able to buy a version of The Fixer? I know the 7" is out on 8/24 will it be the same for digital download? Maybe they could release it early for fan club members only, that would be nice.

    Vintage vinyl in NJ says that the fixer 7" is glow in the dark. I'm guessing the 10C version is the same one?
