I mean of course tracks off of the new disc are gonna rock, but is anybody else pumped for Brother?? C'mon! :ugeek:

    Absolutely pumped for live "Brother." This has been one of my favorite tracks for as long as I can remember. Although the version on Lost Dogs is crisper, I always preferred the demo version from back in the day. The lyrics really make the song, so I was real pumped when they released the new version with lyrics on the Ten remix.

    Can't wait to hear it live.

    i agree. if the fire was there from the rough mixes version, i'd be all over it, but i don't care for the "new" version of the song.

    Not in the least bit excited for a possible "Brother" live. I think the song is "eh" at best, and I could imagine it would feel as flat as "Alone" did during the VFC tour. If you have to force it...don't play it

    I would love to hear Brother live, though I like the Rough Mix older version much much more than the Redux version. I dont like the change in lyrics and the way Ed sings it in the Redux version. The older version was more agrressive and raw.

    To be honest with you, one of the reasons I was looking forward to the Fixer coming out, is so some of my local radio stations would stop playing Brother. It's an okay song, but I personally am way more psyched to hear Pearl Jam circa 2009 than Pearl Jam circa 1990. BUT that is just MY opinion.
    words seem so out of place.
