itw vinyl question

i've read multiple things about the itw vinyl, and i'm a little confused. it seems like at first there was going to be a different release for stores that wouldn't be limited, and wouldn't contain the 7", now it seems there isn't a regular release, but instead the 10 club version is being stocked in stores, but it seems really limited. so is there still a regular version coming out, or has it come out already? thanks.
