Seattle 2009 Meetup

Hello there. I've been looking over the forums to see if anyone has gotten together any kind of Ten Club meetup for the Seattle shows and I'm either blind as hell, or there isn't one. So I'd like to propose one. I'm sure many of the people coming from other cities will be in for the weekend as well, so perhaps we could have something to do during the weekend and something for before and after the shows.

I've only been in Seattle for a year and a half, but I'm quite familiar with some great hangout spots. I'm sure some of the natives will have some great ideas. So if you're coming to the Seattle shows and want people to hangout with, or if you're in Seattle and have good suggestions for hanging out, please post here.

    Don't think there is one planned yet, but there is a thread about a hotel deal for out of towners that has started talking it up.

    Hang tight all!!!! FoxyMop and I are co-hosting at least the first pre-party/fundraiser. Hope to have the official thread up very soon. It's looking like Ozzies's so far and lots of exciting things already in the works!!

    Ozzie's is quite alright from my experiences. I'm also thinking of some kind of sing alongs or get togethers that involve some kind of Pearl Jam related place. You guys can let me know if I'm an idiot or not.

    1. Magnuson Park (Drop in the Park, easy to get to on the bus.)
    2. Mural Amphitheatre (at Seattle Center, the site of the 08.23.91 show. [Search You Tube.])
