His little guitar during his solo tour was obviously tuned in a much higher octave than a regular guitar, but I am wondering, were these songs were played in nashville tuning like betterman was? I love the tone of those songs and want to tune my smaller guitar to that tuning. Does anyone know?

    i remember reading that someone said Ed used a capo on MOTH. maybe check the musicians & gearheads forum? if memory serves, (coffee working slowly today) the capo was on the 5th fret. not sure about I'm Open, though.
