For me the top played are mostly all non-PJ. I think its because they have WAY too many greats to choose from that I don't end up listening to the same song over and over and over.

On my parents computer my highest play count is "Se Dice Bisonte No Bufalo" by Omar Rodriguez Lopez 51 plays. Now that I have my laptop my highest play count is "Champions Of Nothing" by Matthew Good with 16 plays. I have managed to listen to every song in my itunes at least once. All 10484 have at least a 1 in the play count column.
Also on my parents computer I have a 30 minute live version of Cygnus...Vismund Cygnus by The Mars Volta that has 40 plays. I've spent a lot of time with that song.
My play count has been reset multiple times when I change computers. This last count is a little over a year old and most music listening occurs in my car.
