    wow. that is inexplicably disgusting!!

    What a scare too, with all the disesase that he could possible contract. Hope all is well for that poor sap. Remind me too that if I go to NY to stay the hell away from that restaurant.

    After working in a restaurant (and nothing nearly as high-class as the Waldor Astoria) I'm always skeptical when things like this happen. I'm not accusing the guy of putting it on his own plate, but it will be interesting to see what happens with the hotel's investigation.

    Either way, that is effing disgusting.

    Agreed. I am not sure how this could happen and how you would think it was part of your meal?!! It is disgusting for sure but legit...not sure.

    A restaurant around the corner from my office was just charged 20k for health code violations and one guy there had found a cockroach in his SOUP!!! :o
