Shut out. Couldn't get my laptop to connect to the internet at work so I started using mobile internet on my phone. Tried for an hour or so and only saw the "buy" button once. Clicked it and it cycled through and said "temporarily out of stock."

How long did it take to be sold out today?

    My keys to success were:
    1. Log in to the website at least a few minutes before the time arrives and make sure your account is up to date with the right mailing address.
    2. When there is less than a minute left: click on the "tickets" link, let it load completely (even if it takes a while because it is very slow), if the link to the tickets is there, click on it, if not, wait a few seconds then repeat this step.
    3. The website will be extremely slow, fight the urge to click on the link again due to unresponsiveness or you will wind up resetting the connection and going to the back of the line. Even if it feels like it will never finish loading, don't click again thinking it will make things faster just wait (unless it clearly gives you some error).

In my case, I had picked up the tickets within a minute of their going on sale. Since I was already logged in and everything, the only thing I needed to fill out was my credit card info and that was that.

Having said that, I checked the site half an hour later and the tickets still did not say "sold out", so I'm not sure all the aforementioned safeguards were of any value in the end.
