Fuckin' eh, right. A little positivity for a change..
New album... You know it's going to be nails. Short as it may be... fuck it. It's Pearl Jam.
Got Some... sounds f'n incredible. Studio should be good, but on stage will be awesome!
The Fixer (teaser)... perfect. Combined 2 of my favourite three things. Baseball and Pearl Jam. I'm kinda glad Joe buck wouldn't shut up. The tease is just what I needed.
Tour... Come on. I don't care where you live. A Pearl Jam tour is a good thing. Hey, I've missed my fair share, but the reviews, the pics, the boots... all something to anticipate. Remember Touring Van during the Canadain tour? Tell me that wasn't epic to follow.
Target Commercial... I like it. Not the commercial.. haven't seen it. But as a kid, I ALWAYS wished Pearl Jam was a little more accessible. Seeing them shilling a store doesn't bother me in the least. They've got a job to do and they're doing just that. More Pearl Jam on my T.V. is never a bad thing.
Ive heard something about an Austin City Limits taping... that'd be nails. Love to see that. I dunno... maybe I've just grown up along with the band and seen their priorities change.. but then again, who's haven't? Y'know? 10C is doing their best, I'm sure to make us all happy. But whatever it is they do, some people are going to be pissed off. I'm not telling anyone they're wrong or misguided in their anger... I'm just saying that there is alot going to be excited about. I'm just saying that I'm fully stoked for the next few months of Pearl Jam activities.

My wife is a giant U2 fan... loves every damn thing that band does... whether it be commercials for Blackberry, iPods, whatever... if Bono is on our TV, she's happy. I've envied that for a long time now. It's finally my chance to see my favourite band on the tube... I couldn't give two shits as to what they're trying to sell... I love this band and want to see and hear them as often as I can... if that means on commercials... so be it. Bring it on!

Granted, new album time tends to make us all a little bat shit crazy around here.
