TRIED TO GET SEATS FOR BOTH PJAM SHOWS IN PHILLY. COMPUTER WAS CRASHING EACH TIME. LONG TIME MEMBER. BY THE TIME U GET THRU THEY'RE GONE. GO BACK TO THE MAIL IN SYSTEM. FIRER FOR SENIOR MEMBERS. VERY PISSED.

    Yeah what is up with the site crashing when trying to get tickets for the Philly show, was really looking forward to the show by the time I got in all of the tickets were gone.

    How are the tickets being sold out if the server is down? I had this problem for tickets on the 30th in Philly and the same thing happened for me for one of shows in NY last year. I know there has always been a beef with Ticketmaster but if they have the infrastructure to handle high volume why not use them. What is the point of offering prelease tickets for fan club members if they don’t even have a fair chance to get them? I know other fan clubs get prelease seats through ticket master using a code and I don’t mind paying the extra fee for a legitimate service. I’m already paying a club membership fee.

    I too am a longtime SENIOR 10c member! In fact, since 1991! And I tried to get tix for the 10/30 show in Philly to no avail. I spent 1 1/2 hrs on the site trying, but it kept crashing, saying tix were temp out of stock, saying my transaction couldn't be completed, ETC!!! Talk about frustration & tears! I agree; go back to the mail order system that 10c originally used when they came up with the idea of presales for fan club members only. What really sucks for me is that 10/30 is my 36th BIRTHDAY!!!!! Even though I now live in Charlotte, NC, I am (was) willing to drive up to Philly b/c PJ was playing on my birthday! I was born & raised in Delaware, so I know Philly like the back of my hand and have attended MANY concerts at the Spectrum! If anyone can help me to get to see PJ on 10/30/2009, please contact me ASAP!!! I live for Pearl Jam. Thanks and HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    This sucks i tryed to get the ten tixs then got pissed off and waited all day for the public to go on sale comcasttix queued me at 930 its now 1130 so i called the box office at 1030 the lady told me the were sold out. to many people are buying up 6 tickets and selling them on stubhub. true pearl jam fans should be pissed. but if any one as tickets for sale please Email Me at <!-- e --><a href="mailto:Jed0341@yahoo.com">Jed0341@yahoo.com</a><!-- e -->

    HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!! I was on the site before the Philly ticket sale(s) and got booted off.....I wasnt even in the ticket site area yet and got booted....after trying to log back in right at sale time... nothing ....site crashed....both sale times.....Bullshit!!!!! Long time fan been to 10+ shows...there has to be a better way...the mail in was much better....too many computer/web hackers that like to f... shit up!!!
