The nurse in training that follows Edie Falco around cracks me up. lol
The new episode with the toast imo was the best one yet. The show is growing on me.
I love Eddie!
All the characters are great.

Yes, zooey is funny...i think that's her name. I liked when the dr. was screwing around with her with her stethescope.
I think that's her name she is my favorite on the show. I didn't like her b4 but she cracks me up now.
Eddie is funny too, the whole cast is
Showtime really has a knack for creating these flawed characters and finding a way to make them loveable. (ala Dexter Morgan...which I realize is an extreme comparison to Nurse Jackie.)
I'm just curious, do you watch it?
apart from syndicated reruns, I don't really faithfully watch TV shows.
And I don't mean that in a pompous way. I don't go out of my way not to watch it, or find anything wrong with watching TV. Just as of recent years, I coincidentally haven't been watching it.
But from all the Doctor/hospital shows I have seen (ER, Chicago Hope, Grey's Anatomy, the one that came before ER from the 80's, and the previews for this new one you're talking about). The've all bored me and I've always felt like I'm watching the same show.
fair enough.
I just figure if you haven't watched it, maybe it would be a good idea to check it out before judging. I don't mean that in a bad way. It's just really not a hospital show. This woman just happens to be a nurse who is really damaged in a lot of ways, but complex and interesting enough to care about. It is different.
