Anyone think we might see some surprise guests in Chicago? I was there in 04 when Neil Young and Peter Frampton showed up in Toledo and it was AMAZING!

Wow... that must've been pretty freaking special! I can't tell you how damn happy it would make me if Uncle Neil showed up. Though I don't see why there would be special guests for this show - it's not really a one-off or anything.

I know Eddie sang with The Boss once in Chicago, but I think that was a Springsteen show, not a PJ show.

I'll be honest, I wasn't too hot on it either. It made for a much shortened PJ set that only included 13 Pearl Jam songs. I took someone to it who was a big PJ fan and I felt kind of bad. But with that said, in retrospect, I realize it was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I got to see one of my favorite Neil songs, Cortez, with Pearl Jam as the backing band, making it even cooler. But, like I said, when you pay full price to go to a Pearl Jam concert, you expect to hear more than 13 PJ songs.
words seem so out of place.

+1. Could you imagine - we think there's no opener, we get to the show expecting some four-hour Pearl Jam show or something, Matt comes out, and then the rest of SG comes out instead of Pearl Jam!? :o
