Anyone who's going to Aug. shows

I was wondering if the band will play any of the new songs for the shows in Europe, Canada, Chicago, etc...since the Backspacer tour supposedly starts in Seattle, if they don't, sucks to be at those shows. I'd be seriously p. o.ed :x

    We would all assume they'll play new songs, but why ask the question when there's really no way of knowing until then?

    I already heard live - Speed of sound, The end, Unthought Known. The fixer is out of the bag, and so is Got Some, is there really any point in putting the cat back in there?

    The Shepherd’s Bush little show will be just as Astoria style and will preview 80% of Backspacer, so Europeans are getting the premier, that's how it works.

    I'm presuming you're in the U.S?

    Therein lies the difference between you and us in Europe...we're glad to get WHATEVER live PJ we CAN! :mrgreen:

    ...and who knows, when they're writing the setlist they may think;

    "Hmmm...these guys are missing out on the new material...and when we played the '05 shows before the last album was out we had the Lost Dogs stuff to play...why don't we throw in some cool stuff for them like 'No Way'....maybe a bit of 'just a girl'.....or 'I've Got A Feeling'....even better....'Saying No in Manchester'!"
