Basically, their first album was huge and won all sorts of awards, including the Mercury Prize and nobody has been interested in them ever since - including me.
By the way, with diffent legs of tours coming up, perhaps you could do a show for Europeans to choose their highlights, then Americans, then Aussies, to conincide with the legs of the tour. You know, a show with only live stuff played in Europe and chosen by Europeans and so on as the tour continues.
If you like, I can help you out with the first suggestion by saying that there was a guy who had been to 100 shows and go to put in a request at Katowice in 2007, he chose Whipping and it was the shit. Mind you, I don't think that version is available, so any version of Whipping in Europe would be a great start (if you haven't played it). Assuming you don't think the idea is total shit...we're all going to the same place...0 -
