not gonna listen 'till i hear it live!

I'm going to the second night in Seattle... I'm going to try and hold off hearing the album so I can check out the songs live first... except the Fixer single, of course!

    Wow, good luck with that.

    I prefer to know the songs before seeing them live so I plan to digest the new album as much as I can before the shows.

    Also, evertime Pearl Jam puts out a new album i like to (when I first get it) get really baked and listen to it really loud alone while reading along with the lyrics, and checking out all the artwork. So, yeah that has to happen as soon i get my furry paws on the album.

    Yeh, I gotta listen to it first. You can sing along, hum along. Not knowing, well your choice. But when I see a band, the songs I know are the ones I enjoy the most.

    That's exactly what I was going to say! I've done both and I do prefer hearing it first, but both are great! Which ever way you go is great!
