Will you listen to the new cd before Seattle shows?

Seeing as it comes out the 20th and the show is the 21st, will we get the cd on the 20th do you think? the 20th is a sunday right? So maybe the 19th? I remember getting Avocado from the 10 club in 2006 and I think I got it May 2, the real release date, or maybe one day before.

But, since Seattle I is on the 21st, will we get a chance to hear the new album before hand?

    I definitely will!! I was at Benaroya and hearing a couple new songs for the first time was great, but I just wanted to listen closely and take it all in. But with a whole album out they'll probably play 7 or 8 songs from it, and I want to know them somewhat so I can just rock out while they play.

    Plus there is no way I could have the new cd laying around for a few days without listening to it. That's blasphemy!

    i agree but the question is, and I dont think the 10 club even knows the answer, is when we will actually get the cd. If we get it the 19th, saturday, or we get it monday the 22nd. Or tuesday the 23rd even. The 19th is the only day, we could get it and listen to it, as I have said Sunday the 21st the day of the show, obviously no mail arrives that day

    I am hoping for it the Friday before that weekend so I can listen to it all weekend before the Monday and Tuesday Key Arena shows.

    if youve already spent $ on the pre-order then i see no problem downloading it when it almost certainly leaks several weeks before sept. 20th... the real question is will we have it before the chicago shows :)

    i wanna know the songs as well as i can before my show... ill atleast know the fixer and got some... maybe the ones ed played solo if i ever track them down - though id rather hear those as a full band first

    I assume we'll get it on Friday or Saturday, i definitely want to get to know the songs before the concert on Monday.

    Me too. It's much better to know the songs beforehand. You get into them even better....So I hope I will get hold of them before the 21st of September......

    I think the "local" northwesterners should easily get it by Friday or Saturday. Last time around I believe I got it on Saturday in Portland, and it wasn't released until the following Tuesday. So if the 10C wants to get it out to most everybody in the states by Saturday before the release, they'll probably ship them Wednesday meaning locals should have them by Thursday.

    If you're flying into Seattle from out of country or the east coast, you can always visit Easy Street on Sunday for your copy.
