not only the sound quality, but it was a recording that had already been circulating amongst the trading community for years, and it was poorly tracked on top of it. they have an entire vault of unreleased recordings and they decide to just ripoff the fans. really hasnt sat well with me. decisions like that really make me wonder if they think we're just a bunch of morons.Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

it might have been labeled a give-away or bonus, but if you pay extra for it, it's not free.
the 12/31/92 show was a way to get fans to buy the album from the 10C. I paid $15 for it from the 10C instead of buying it from Best Buy for $10 just so I could get the show. so was it free? no. was it safe for the buyer to assume that because it was coming from the band, it would be a professionally recorded show? yes.
was it of the quality that we expect an official release to be? absolutely not.
