Santos Rights Wrongs with Got Some Shipping Charges!

Just received this from 10C:
"hi,
looks like your buddy Santos didn't "uncheck" a box when we started the presale, so you were over charged for shipping your THE FIXER/GOT SOME 7". We will adjust your order so you'll pay:
US $4.00 ea
CA $4.00 ea
Everywhere Else: $7.00 ea.

Glad they corrected this - makes a bit more sense. Hopefully this was the case for overcharging for the LP as well, but either way, this feels better now :)

    so will 10c fix the double shipping charges for the 2 LPs that I bought. Shipping to Canada was $15 for one. I ordered 2 and got charged $30? I dont see the reasoning behind charging me double :?

    Thats awesome!

    Now if they would just let me order the cd and vinyl together. I tried and got a message telling me I had to order them separately...meaning 2 shipping charges. :(

    Ohh well...small price to pay I guess.

    Also it still says that shipping is $7.50 (am ordering right now). I'm sure Santos will fix it.

    Edit: ok guess I should read the above posts more carefully. The $4 charge is for the single. ooops. They charge for the cd is correct :)

    wtf, I had no idea they were selling singles already. I follow @pearljam on twitter, why don't they mention these things via the appropriate channels? I skim the stickies and first page of this forum every few days too. :-( It just shouldn't ever have to be this hard.

    I was a little pissed and puzzled that the 7" single was more than the 12" LP. Then I recieved Santos' email. Feel a little better now. Can't wait till September. :mrgreen:

    since the LP is $20, there won't be any charges in the EU anyway (well under the allowance, the postage only counts when the product goes over the allowance).
    there potentially would be for LP+CD combined on the same order.

    but wise to cover yourself ;)

    :D:D Yes after the deluxe box issue we become all experts in vat,european lows and stuff,,its the price low so no worries about extra,, ;)
