planned re-issues

Of topic a little, and I apologise if I missed eitehr threads discussing this, but...

How are Pearl Jam gonna fit in 7 more re-issues the same as the Ten Redux between now and mid-2011? I'd love to have 8 beasts lihe the Ten box sitting side by side on my shelf - although my bank account would take a hit!

Realistically, I'm assuming that they will either
- just do normal remasters of the other albums and not make boxes
or
- lump the albums together. I'm thinking Vs and Vitalogy, No Code and Yield, Binaural through Pearl Jam (assuming theat they won't reissue Backspacer a year after it has been produced.

I can't imagine that most of the later albums will interest anyone other than us fans, so I can't imagine that they will go to town on it.

Anyone got an idea how they will proceed? Will they bother reissuing anything less than 10 years old, anyway?

I think the only one they said wouldnt get the "re-issue" treatment was "Pearl Jam" and of course Backspacer because it will have only been out a while and yes if i remember correctly they will be packaging Vs. and Vitalogy together and the others together as well! Hope that helps you out!

No Code and Yield.
Bin and Riot Act.

they might just do them in bunches. U2's been redoing their 1980s stuff. Joshua Tree came first in a big fancy box. And then Boy/October/War deluxe editions were all released at the same time.

So, we can look forward to vinyl with everything and also, presumably, a load of unseen video footage from the VS to No Code era before SVT came out, as they didn't make any videos or owt worth speaking about?
