Why when you buy tickets does it have a drop down menu?

Why do they have that drop down thing when you buy tickets, from ten club, as you can only buy 1 ticket or one pair of tickets, why even have a drop down menu? Its not like you can buy 5 pair right?

    It's probably because the system treats tickets just like any other good - and since you can order multiples of most other goods, the drop-down is there for all items probably.

    i wish we had the option of only buying one 10c ticket. i always have to worry about someone else's plans this way. sometimes i just wish i could only worry about my own seat. not to sound seflish because i'm totally not, it's just a hassle and truthfully i'd be able to go to more shows if i didn't have to spend money for two each time.
