Pre-Sale ticket policy for a First Timer ???

Can someone please help clarify the ticket policy for the pre-sale...i think i have the gist of it but just wanted some clarification.

so basically 10c members are able to purchase pre-sale tickets that are set aside just for members..Where does the seniority come into factor?...does the system automatically determine what your member number is and then assign you a ticket accordingly?

i know you have to pick up the tickets the day of the concert. Does the time you pick up your tickets determine which ones you get? Like if i show up earlier will i get better seats?

    Tickets are seniority based, and pre-assigned, so no, it doesn't matter what time you get there. Welcome to the club :)

    so is like they have "x" number of tickets set aside for members....The 10c members go on during the presale and claim the tickets...the pre-sale goes on until all tickets are claimed...then they assign who gets which tickets based on you seniority???
