having some tier based allocation is not a bad idea
so long as the tickets are evenly distributed

I have always been an advocate for a 10C only show. Especially in fan rich areas like Philly, the fan club alone would fill a major venue with ease. Have one show where the fans get the tickets, before the stubhubs of the world can grab up tickets. Take care of every fan who wants to be there, venue makes its money, everyone kicks a goal. Everyone is happy.

    But what do I know
Of course its a great idea but is only financially feasible with small venues
imagine what TM or Comcast would demand in order for this to happen at the spectrum

plus I think the band wants to attract other fans and include those fans who choose not to pay for a membership

I'm not suggesting that that be the only show in the said town, but if there is a two or three night stay make one night for us.
In Philly, we could fill the Spectrum with ease!! As an example, before it comes down in the fall!!!(Please please please!)
Why would the venue care? they get x amount per seat. They make their money regardless who is there. The only people that will get upset will be the ticket resellers, because they will be cut from the loop for that show.

Its a good plan, I'd vote for it!!

If by lowest you mean people with the most seniority ... well, I think they get enough of a break with always sitting up front, now you want to give them first crack at the tickets too?

I'd be for this if after all the tickets were sold, the seating was COMPLETELY random for all 10c seats ... so, the most seniorty gave you a better chance at seats, but, you ahve no idea where you'll be sitting. That could be interesting.

Although, what is stopping the folks with low numbers from signing up for another account with a high number and trying for more tickets in a different tier?
