and he walks down that road
he's off to places unknown
he's all by himself, but not alone
try as he might
to close his eyes
but they see through him
and his disguise

but she sees him, sees him
walk down that road

so he bites his tongue
and blocks his mind 'til the feeling goes
left unsaid and unknown
all that's left is the great beyond

and there she is...
standing there.
heart alert, she's unaware
of what she's done
a broken mold
lies on the floor
of where he was

and she heals him, heals him
and they walk down that road

and they're off down that road
