where does it state 3 shows in Phila PA?

why is everybody assuming 3 nights/shows at the Spectrum -- can anyone show me a link

the band usually only plays 1 or 2 nights in the Phila PA / Camden NJ area

the last time PJ played the Spectrum -- it was only one night

    they only played that show in 2005 at the spectrum because the 2 AC shows were sold out so fast. it will be 3 shows.

    That was the Center not the Spectrum.

    it's not *officially* stated anywhere....thus we all await the news to follow the tweet. however, on numerous philly speculation threads there have been MANY posts with differing sources, etc, all pointing to 3 shows at the spectrum october 27-29. we shall all see soon enough how true, or not, these numerous rumors are.

    Best show ever! Very close to the stage (thanks 10Club) and I caught a tambourine from Eddie during RITFW!

    I've been to a bunch of shows, with a many loud crowds. But the April '03 show at the Spectrum was THE loudest and best crowd I've been a part of, or heard, at a show.

    why would PJ play tues-thurs....it just doesnt make sense to play three of the worst weekdays possible if you're trying to get people from other states to attend or even sensible people with jobs from pennsylvania

    The only time since 92 they played a one off in Philly was in 2005.

    In 98, 2000, 2006 and 2008 it was 2 shows.

    They played 3 nights in Philly in 2003 - one in April at the Spectrum and 2 in Camden in July.

    They wanted to play multiple nights at the Spectrum in 2005 after the Borgata but the venue was booked so they had to play the single show in 2005 at the Wachovia.

    hey, i didn't make up the rumor...i am merely regurgiating the main rumor that has been floating about on this forum in regards to these shows. we'll all find out soon enough i imagine. i personally would FAR prefer the weekend as well!

    Easy, if the NL loses the All Star game, Games 1 and 2 will be in the AL city during the rumored dates of the shows. The parking lot would be insane though if a PJ concert and Game 1 of the Series was the same night.

    for a 3 night run, it has to be a STRONG sale.... I think 2 nights is more realistic. Otherwise night 3 is half full.

    Small my table, seats just 3, its not crowded, its just lucky me

    i dont think night 3 would be a weak sell- most people probbly couldnt make it to all three shows and who is to say that everyone would pick night one and night two and not night three? that is a popular region for them, people from VA to New England would come for them.

    If they're only playing those 3 nights in Philly, it'll sell out quickly. If they announce other northeast dates, it'll sell out 15 minutes slower. :D

    Out of seeing PJ now in the ballpark of 70 times...the Philly '03 show was still the loudest (crowd wise) I have ever been too.....it was AWESOME!!

    Yep, it's the show that got me hooked to start following them around. It was my third show and now I'm up over 50. Such a great night!
