    If this helps anyone, the deadline would be something like 11:59 pm on July 7.

    The naming of midnight is for the end of the date specified...inclusive of that date up to midnight.

    Here's something to either clarify it or make it more confusing. lol. Our meaning was for the end of the date of July 7th. It doesn't mean an announcement will come the next day. It's only about memberships being up-to-date.

    So...there's some sort of announcement that's supposed to be made or something?
