Why does Dunkin Donuts even have a drive thru?

Seriously... you order at the drive through, then pull up 10 feet to the window, and they stare at you with a blank look and ask you, "what did you order?" I just told you 30 seconds ago!!!! If I have to repeat my order to you when I pull up, why even have that annoying speaker thing?

I don't think that I've ever been to one Dunkin Donuts that actually had a drive thru that functioned correctly. What is the problem? Every other fast food place pulls it off relatively well.

    I have boycotted Dunkin Donuts for some time now... I refuse to give them any of my hard earned money. It is always an unpleasant experience...

    hahahahaha....our DD drive-thru works pretty efficiently, tho yes, they always confirm what you order once you pull up. however, my BIG issue with DD is i think they are trying to kill me with caffeine. :shock: i always order decaf, i annunciate it very clearly, and i usually verify when getting it in hand that it is, indeed, decaf. however, whenever i forget to verify, i inevitably DO get caffeinated coffee! for someone who very, very rarely consumes any caffeine, a LARGE iced coffee that is not decaf is killer! they did this to me, again, this past saturday... :evil: :twisted: :mrgreen: yikes.



    btw - i LOVE their veggie eggwhite flatbread, and under 300 calories!

    Sorry you all have had bad experiences. Love the coffee. My only compliant is that the DD I go to is too small. It opened over a year ago and the line is still always out the door. Poor planing when they laid it out.

    i took the low road and called him a loser and to wipe the donut batter off his stupid grin

    D&D coffee sucks! It tastes like burnt chinese food! I only drink black coffee, and when you drink their coffee black, you can really tastes the god-awful garbage flavor of their coffee.

    i think starbucks coffee has far more of a 'burnt' flavor than DDs, tho i like em both. tho the whole chinese food bit, i may question what yer smokin' when you drink yer coffee...;)

    I agree with you about starbucks coffee, it has a burnt flavor.

    I never used the drive thru at a dunkin donuts so I can't weigh in on this topic.
    These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    Like sulfur? You've peaked my curiosity. Usually take cream and sugar, tomorrow I'm ordering it black.
