I am not so sure, this will be a ANNOUNCEMENT AND SALES for AUSTRALIA..

I think they will announce the shows and then a few days later they will go on sale for 10c members, then the general public a few days after that. This is what has been done every time they have toured here in Aus.

According to Facebook's Pearl Jam Fans page it could be weeks yet.

Pearl Jam plans to tour Australia and New Zealand in November 2009. Full details on that leg of the tour will be announced in the coming weeks.

    Perfect post!!!

Relax people there will be plenty of notice to get 10c tickets.

We've all been thru this before and it went well (besides the no 10c tiks to Sydney 2).

They will not just drop a bombshell at midnight our time and only have 100 10c tiks. Sydney 10c apparently didnt even sell out last tour.....and they were available for weeks.

Now go learn a language or come do some filing
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.

So Sydney 1 Ten Club tickets didn't sell out, yet I got row 13? Anyway I liked Sydney 3 better. We bought tickets at the box office counter outside the venue on the way out. They ended up being crap seats so we snuck into some empty side view seats which were much better. It was a Saturday night, Pearl Jam rocked the roof off and everyone went nuts.

I cant see the gaps to fit the extra shows....especially if they were doing 12 like in 2006....
unless Adel and Syd just ones unless there is no Newie.....
And Melb on 2 shows doesnt seem right....
I dont think they play 3 shows straight or would they....??

Rob u might need to get the petition happening again...

    Hey Brendan... :)

i think newie will get a gig and probably the last night on tour. :D was the best show of there last tour. i hope sydney doesnt get more than two shows. went to night two last time and these two wankers got up every two songs for a smoke. i mean wtf. the set list that night was really cool and the crowd didnt get into it. all the sydneyites just wanted a greatest hits set. 10c tixs this time so it should be a lot better. got the newey set list from 06 so with a bit of luck i might get to meet the guys this time.
newey 06 best show ever, sydney bdo 2014 close second

I hope the venue is Changed to Rod Laver..which is where all their other shows have been. I guess we'll just have to wait and see when the dates are officially announced hey!

While the dates appear ok, the venues are just plain wrong.

There is NO WAY they will play any venue other than Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne - simple as that. If this is the case, I will gladly admit that im wrong and pay some sort of humiliating punishment on tour.

Ent Cent at Sydney is possible, but I think they will play Acer again cos they can get 20K fans as opposed to 12K at the Ent Cent.

Personally I hate Acer Arena, its a cavern but hey ill take anything hehe

If these dates were supplied BEFORE the US leg announcement then obviously that would really strengthen this, but don't suppose you know??

Still final gig (hopefully 2 gigs) for the year in little old NZ ater 12 years would be sweeeeeet!!

Hey Suz you big hunk....and hey Jim.

Yeah its does seem a little strange to fill out 3 x 18,000 venue then drop back to a 12,000.

Im also convinced they play Newy too. Rob got anymore on that besides a shoulder shrug?:D

That being said...its friday 6.35....no announcement....still in the office...beer time. If anything major happens before 10am Monday can someone dial my hotline please. Cheers

Have a good weekend all you Ausssie fans and lets get pumped for some cracking evenings in Nov/Dec when our friendlies at 10c decide to open their traps.

I hope they dont play the Acer Arena... i hate that place.
It wasnt build for concerts meaning the acoustics are SHIT, especially if you get seated in a dead spot. Entertainment center sound is WAY better in my opinion and less people would be better atmosphere as last tour the Acer crowd was terrible on crowd 2 when i was there!

    Caannooooot wait !!
