Not that any of his songs really have to do with anything with summer, but I generally listen to Bob Marley all summer long. Namely: Stir it up, Wait in Vain, 3 Little Birds, etc...

Can't really forget about 'Feel Good Hit of the Summer', haha!

This so true I especially love to listen his songs when I'm in Palm Beach Florida or Oche Rios Jamaica. That's with a drink in one hand and something Burnin' in the other. :D

*Redemption Song* *Could You Be Loved* album *Babylon By Bus* just about any BM Song will work for me.

    Wilco - "Summer Teeth"

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A6CbokcbAps

There's a bit of stage banter for the first minute, but the song starts right after that. I love this song, it's such a great, breezy feel-good tune. (I haven't analyzed the lyrics yet, but many times Wilco pairs dark, depressing lyrics with an upbeat melody.) If you haven't heard the Summerteeth album yet, I'd check it out. Great stuff.

The first two that came to mind were Summertime Rolls by Jane's Addiction and Garden Grove by Sublime.
“Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It’s hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It’s round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you’ve got about a hundred years here. There’s only one rule that I know of, babies — ‘God damn it, you’ve got to be kind.’” - Kurt Vonnegut

Ramble On and Dancing Days always make me think of the summer.
Beavis: All my friends are brown and red? What does that mean?
Butthead: It means that his friends are like turds and that they like suck.
Beavis: Heh heh. Oh yeah. Yeah! Get those spoons out of my face before I shove them up your butt!
    Butthead: Huh huh.
