you can't not indulge every once in a while... but try to make breakfast healthy!
currently eating a bowl of Oatmeal w/blueberries and flax seed
my weakness is Hot Cocoa and a Rice Krispy Treat
i read somewhere that even though you want to limit calories when losing weight, going too extreme can mess your body up. I think the number was less than 1200 calories over an extended time makes your body think it's starving and will try to reserve fat longer.
I just had a piece of Carot Cake for breakfast and then is saw this thread and it made me feel guilty :oops:

Got stung by 2 hornets yesterday my throat closed up and arms and ankle's got swollen. Could have died I was told at ER. So today I'm treating myself.
