PJ Tribute NO CODE in Garwood, NJ - Fri, 7/24 - 21+

NO CODE Unplugged and Undrugged* at The 'Roads!
* Well, not entirely. Perhaps it's wiser to let you attend the band's next live performance and gauge the accuracy of this headline.
No matter what you make of our sales pitch, you can count on this much: NO CODE will reveal a softer side of the Pearl Jam catalog on Friday, July 24 -- but only for as long as it takes to evacuate those with delicate eardrums from the building. Beginning at 10:00 PM (SHARP!), we'll play a sit-down acoustic set before rising to the task of rocking The 'Roads in beer-bottle-rattling fashion, as per usual.
But that's not the only top-notch entertainment The Crossroads is presenting on the final weekend of July. On Saturday the 25th, our friend and 101.9 RXP deejay Rich Russo will host a showcase for his weekly radio show, Anything, Anything, featuring some of the best unsigned original rock bands on the local scene (lineup and start times TBA). You know it's bound to rain -- might as well plan on making it a North Jersey weekend.
So come out and share a special intimate/raucous evening with the CODE, then join us in the audience the following night at the Anything, Anything showcase. Here’s everything you need to know to get to the show:
Date: Friday, July 24
Set Times: Nirvana Tribute-NEGATIVE CREEPS @ 8:30 | NO CODE @ 10:00 (SHARP!) | Journey Tribute-QUEST @ 12:00
Venue: The Crossroads
Location: 78 North Ave., Garwood, NJ
Phone: (908) 232-5666
Ages: 21+ only
Cost: $8

NO CODE is now on Facebook! Click here to become a "Fan," as the site calls it. Facebook only assigns short, easily marketable URLs to bands with 1,000 or more Fans, and we're creeping near the 200-mark. Help pump us up!

We look forward to seeing familiar faces and making new friends at this event, and we hope you'll listen to Anything, Anything with Rich Russo on the Sunday nights in between. As "Uncle" Neil says, keep on rockin' in the free world . . .

Sammi: Wanna just break up?
You mean the one who makes himself look an ass everytime a no code thread pops up
Sammi: Wanna just break up?
Nah he's good people.
bump!
Let's just breathe...
I am myself like you somehow
And you're not leaving here without me, I don't wanna be without
My best... friend. Wake up, to see you could have it all
but we're glad that you have made your appearance, and thank you for that
What the f*ck happened to the azwyldcats I used to know?
One of the best movies ever. As for tribute band bashing, it was all in good fun, but people take stuff so seriously around here...
And you're not leaving here without me, I don't wanna be without
My best... friend. Wake up, to see you could have it all
Since you always did it I figured it was just an inside joke or something
