Relocation TC ticket query

So I've recently relocated from Raleigh, NC to Washington, DC -- I was one of the fortunate few in my Ph.D. cohort to get a job in my field (election law & communication policy... Guv'mint jobz woo hoo!) -- and after years waiting for PJ to come back to Walnut Creek, I finally moved somewhere where they'll probably end up.
My question is this: how are my chances at a 10C ticket in DC? I never had a problem in Raleigh, even when my membership lapsed, and I don't care if I'm down front with the Phish-esque usuals -- my other ticket will probably be used by my 4 y/o daughter, who's been singing to PJ in the car since before she could talk (seriously - she used to babble in tune when "In My Tree" or "Faithfull" came on) -- I just want to be somewhere where we can see.
