    There's a seriously condensed reprinting that came out sometime around 94~95 (Pearl Jam and/or Kelly Curtis get a thank you in the pages) that is easy to find online; it's cheap, but it's still well-made and fun to have in your collection. An original printing is MUCH larger (I think somewhere around 1000 pages?), very rare, and usually quite expensive.

    by the by, octavo size book means the pages are roughly 10 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches, so, it's not a large format book....

    I found a copy of it at my Grandma's house a few years back (mine's a slightly older version of it with a more "frilly" title font). It's interesting to flip through as a lot of the artwork for the album was taken right out of the book.
    So this life is sacrifice...
