Child Custody Agreement

I'm currently in negotiations about custody arrangements with the soon to be ex. I feel like there might be some stuff I'm forgetting or haven't thought of. If anyone has any advice, please lay it on me, homey!

    Think of what schedule you'd need/want on a regular basis but don't forget about special occasions like holidays that are important to you, birthdays, and vacations. Also, you may need to make sure that there aren't restrictions about travel.

    oh yeah this one is really important, i remember us taking our cousins to disneyland and we almost forgot to get their father's custody issue sorted out before we took them...

    I strongly suggest you talk to an attorney in your jurisdiction. One that practices primarily family law. He/She can tell you what the standard is, what you are entitled to, and can help you avoid any technical pitfalls.
