    Maybe if you send the letter directly to him or her, he or she will have a better chance of reading it.

    I probably have never met you in person.

    But I think I have been in a similar situation to yours.

    If I wanted a person to receive my letter, I'd send it to him or her directly.

    Just a suggestion.
