Took me some time, but I think I've included everyone I've seen 3 or more times. They are in order of most to least shows, but the order is not completely indicative of who I like more. For example, I like Radiohead and Modest Mouse much more than Weezer or Death Cab, but just had the opportunity to see the latter bands more.
Pearl Jam / Ed - 45 : Roo, Lolla, 4 shows @ Bridge
Neil Young - 11 : Farm Aid, 4 shows @ Bridge, 1 CSNY show, H.O.R.D.E.
My Morning Jacket - 7 : 3 Roos, 4 times opening for PJ
Ben Harper - 7 : 2 shows @ Roo, 2 shows @ Bridge, H.O.R.D.E.
Death Cab for Cutie - 7 : Roo, 4 times opening for PJ, 2 shows @ Bridge School
Phish - 6 : 2 days @ IT, 7 shows if the late night tower jam counts as an additional show
Les Claypool - 6 : 1 Primus show, 4 shows @ Roo including Oysterhead
Tool - 5 : Roo
Foo Fighters - 5 : 2 shows @ Bridge School
NIИ - 5 : Trent solo 2 shows @ Bridge School
The Clarks - 5
Trey Anastasio w/o Phish - 4 : 3 shows @ Roo including Oysterhead, G.R.A.B.
Benevento Russo Duo - 4 : 3 shows @ Roo
Weezer - 4
Dave Matthews (solo) - 4 : Farm Aid, 2 shows @ Bridge School
Radiohead - 3 : Roo (most amazing show I've ever seen by any band)
Modest Mouse - 3 : Roo, Lolla
Sonic Youth - 3 : Roo
Tom Petty - 3 : Roo
Moby - 3 : Rolling Rock Town Fair, 1 DJ set @ a rave
O.A.R. - 3 : 2 Roos
Steve Miller Band - 3
Having Moby on the list makes me think of other DJs and electronica artists I'd seen at numerous raves, but there's no way I could figure that out. I'll just include an honorable mention for Titonton Duvante who I had seen at least half a dozen times, with some of those shows being live sets with additional musicians.
Other artists I've seen 3 or more times opening for Pearl Jam, but never went out of my way to see them elsewhere:
pearl jam - 28x
the black crowes - 3x
the police - 3x
stp - 3x
rhcp - 3x
incubus - 3x (2x on their own, once with kol and pj)
and i think more than likely, depeche mode - 3x.
that's it.
ah, if we 'count' bands we saw as openers...tho i really wouldn't b/c it's not like you had a choice really...but then add in death cab, sleater-kinney, gob roberts and mmj......and death cab would be the only 1 of the 3 i'd actually choose to see.

Yes, Hank is quite intense on stage as you might imagine.
Oh yeah, I have a pretty good idea of how much of a monster he can be.
I have seen his spoken word, and that was fucking awesome...but, I think my chances of seeing Rollins Band are getting slimmer by the year...
Oh how I would've loved to have gotten my ass kicked at an old fashioned Black Flag show though

Here's a few pictures of Michael hanging out at my birthday party just before he played Langerado Festival in Florida. Michael and I are friends and he was dead tired after flying in from San Fran. I'm not sure if these pics came out (my computer is acting up) or not but here there are. Let me know if they came out I can't see them, I even got to meet Ben Harper backstage.

As for RUSH I've seen every tour since Grace UNDERPressure World Tour except Counterparts. It was the opening night of my softball team and man was I pissed. On every tour I've seen them 2-3 times and on S&A 4x's.
Man as for the DEAD things are we bit hazy you know why but it was in early to mid eighties all at the Hampton Coliseum. Back then I was in school and they had festivals at the Coliseum 3-5 days every yr it seems. I was working as a waiter at Denny's and ALL the Deadheads would come in and we would hook them up with free food and they would hook us up with Cali red. Dem were the days to watch Mtv for hours with that stuff.
As for THE WHO man it started in 2x's in 1982--1989--1996--2007 and from '82 to 2007 damn did the ticket prices ever jump. I'm talking waaaaaay up but as long as I heard *Eminence Front* it's all good.
I'm not the biggest KISS fan but I wanted to see something I never seen before plus I had heard so much about their theatrics during their shows. A couple weeks earlier I had just seen my first concert ever The Isley Brothers and they were very very good. So after seeing that first KISS show I was hooked on rock shows every since and I'm pretty sure that's why I now have a hearing problem just not as bad as Pete Townsend.

Solid Gold
I'm probably missing a few. I've seen a lot of bands twice- this list would be much, much longer, so I'm glad it was 3 or more.

Holy crap this thread is making me incredibly jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i should add them to my list, forgot about them

I wave to all my Friends... Yeah!
nice. when?
I saw them in 73 at the Palace theater in Waterbury, Ct., 75 in Boston. Twice at MSG in 77, and two Wall shows at Nassau Coll. in 80.
As for RUSH I've seen every tour since Grace UNDER Pressure World Tour except Counterparts.
Peace
