    If that dude has 5 available, you can count on it being a fake, IMO. There are so many fakes out there now, but without detailed images, it's hard to tell which is fake and which is real...

    Fake. The real ones are more $$ and you can authenticate them because the ring of the LP has the UK manufacturing plant pressed into it, a certain # on the ring of the record as well as the back of the label, and the colors are more detailed. There was a thread on this a while back. A fake will still play just fine. Check PJcollectors.com to be totally sure.

    Hell, fake or not, I'd buy it anyway. It looks cool, and I'm sure it sounds just about the same, so why pay so much more for an original? I know some people are into collecting, but something like this is great for the fair-weather vinyl fan.

    these are not that rare folks... so the price actually seems a little hi to me


    people have way over valued pj vinyl... especially since they are re releasing the catalog on vinyl eventually like every other band is doing

    Too a collector it means something though. You are right, it is great that the fair-weather vinyl fan get in on the fun, but then it should be pointed out in the auction that it is NOT and original to make it apparent to all...imho

    Thanks all...TBH I've been after one of these for a longggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg time and do know someone who got one for not much more than this seller is selling for....I want to believe that they are real and to treat myself but...I just have that nagging feeling (plus 95% of the comments in here :lol: ) to tell me otherwise :roll:

    Thanks for the info .......I have been considering buying Nevermind on vinyl but have only come across the the picture disk new not the regular vinyl.

    Now as for the avatar I can't believe any Leaf fans still exist! .........have they made the playoffs this millennium??? :lol:
