does anyone know how to find out anything about something that would help me find someone or something, (if i were looking for something to find - and i really wanted to find it) - which i don't - but if.
pm suggestions ....anyone?
Has there been any logic or explanation behind preserving the "secrecy" of these shows? I mean, it's never appeared to be a problem before -- what's new?
And in the 16 years i've been following this band, i've never heard of the Ten Club having audio files removed from Web sites. I've heard of Axl Rose doing it and i likely could speculate on other bands who may take issue (for whatever reasons) with having their live performances posted for the world to enjoy.
All apologies if this has been discussed ad nauseum, but during my routine visits to this board i have yet to see or find an official reason for this new "policy." I've seen lots of speculation -- and some of it makes sense -- but i'm not understanding this new policy of "if you're not there, you can't hear."

Help, help ...
The only thing that makes sense to me is that Ed plans on selling a live performance. That or he was nervous the "experiment" would be a failure and didn't want it broadcast for the world to see.

I mean, that makes sense -- but still, and official explanation as to the "why" would be nice, especially since it's such a departure from the norm.
I hope something is released. I'm a working class father stuck in Alabama -- there was no way i could make it to the West Coast for something that i knew would be unbelievably amazing -- so to be able to get some semblance of the moment would be nice.
But this seemingly radical alteration of policy with not so much as a "here's why, guys ..." seems bizarre.

Exactly. Not only was there no explanation, there was a threat. Great communication skills. "The policy has changed. Violate it and you'll be escorted out." Awesome.

Don't you do it, too.
