    Great article. I've been lucky enough to work with / ride the coattails of some great bands, and, I have always been envious of the crew members who can multi-task, such as being tour manager & Sound tech.....they are always the ones who can get the best tours.

    He lives in my neighborhood...seen him at the pharmacy, grocery store, etc.

    Awesome read. I think it would be a really interesting career choice. A room mate of mine in college was doing this type of thing (sound engineer) and had hopes of touring with bands.
