maybe i missed this or i cant find it .. does anyone know whats the deal with the Dr. jackets or what that just a Nashville thing .. or is ed doing that at all the shows .. thanks

    He is doing it at all the shows.... I believe it has to do with the solo tours being "an experiment".

    If i recall correctly i heard eddie saying that the lab coat are just because everything was an experiment... but Cinnamon Girl must be correct.

    thank u everyone clears that up .. anyone know what the #23 stands for on those baseball shirts ?? does it have to do with his birth date .. thanks

    I could be wrong, but I assumed that maybe 1986 was when he first started to get some movement on his music career, maybe his first paid gig or something like that, so that would mean he's been a "professional" musician for 23 years. Again, just a guess.

    In the program book I got from Nashville I, the first page said this tour was dedicated to Dr. Michael Richter.

    I've been trying to find information about him....but not sure which one is him via google. There are at least several ones.

    This is the best I could do and it looks almost like him as a child in the book.

    If you look at the EV on the back side of the zippos from the solo tours, its really easy to see the 23 in the letters EV.
