I'm seeing him in Poughkeepsie, NY in July... Can't wait... I saw Primus a few years ago in NYC and it was amazing. (although, the fans were quite terrible)

Anyway, I love Primus and pretty much anything Les has done in recent years has been really solid and entertaining to say the very least.

I've been looking @ his setlists and stuff and he's been playing a handful of things off of all of his albums (including Primus).... Hoping he pulls out the Whamola for a little jam.

Anyone else seeing him this tour?

edit: also, when the hell is Primus going to come out w/ a new album??

I am a huge Primus fan and have almost seen them as many times as Pearl Jam. I have to say that Les' show now is not like it was back then. He is more jam band and I think a little weirder, if possible? I have seen him twice by himself and only once did he play a Primus song. But he still wears the pig mask and I can stare and watch him play the bass for hours. He is so amazing..

    Have you seen Electric Apricot?
Appreciation is a wonderful thing: It makes what is excellent in others belong to us as well.... (Voltaire)

I've heard a lot of good stuff about Les, and was planning on seeing him at Rothbury, but unfortunately he ends when The Dead begins, and I'm not planning on missing a minute of that.

I saw Primus in the city a few years ago too.

    Roseland ballroom in November?

I agree, the fans were pretty weird, but what do you expect seeing PRIMUS.

Cool. I personally think Les is just going to stick with solo albums or just collaborate with random jam band musicians. I'd say Primus is 100% done.

Oh wow, thats sort of a shock. I just always assumed he didn't like his old band mates anymore. Sounds like we wont be hearing any new Primus until awhile though.
