Funny, I sat down and PAINSTAKINGLY played, stopped, rewinded, replayed, listened, strained to listen harder for an hour to get those lyrics. Then I thought how moronic I am for not checking on here because I know that hundreds if not thousands of other PJ fans were doing the same thing I was (because we're awesome of course, an unbelievable band deserves unbelievable fans!)

Moral of the story: I came up with almost exactly what you did, so I think for the most part you're dead on.

There were only 2 lines I had different (both of which you're probably right on, but I thought what I was hearing was kinda funny):

2nd line:
Instead of: "Every time you can try, but can't turn on a rock song"
I heard: "Every time you can try, but can't take home, my some"

End of the chorus:
Instead of: "Have you heard of diplomatic resolve? Yeah!"
I heard: "Have you heard of people mad as all hell!"

Which I find completely hysterical because it works in the song and would be a great line, but is not even close to something I thought Eddie would ever write, "...diplomatic resolve? Yeah!", is definitely something Eddie would write.

I had no freakin clue what he said after "Are you a puddle full of...", so thanks for at least giving me something to sing when that part rolls around!
