Sounds like there's no Hawaii poster... : (

Brad wrote me an email last night and stated:

"Originally I was going to do a poster for the Hawaii shows of the tour,
unfortunately Ed wasn't into his first concept I had done for him and sent
me back to the drawing board and then wasn't into the 2nd attempt. So I did
two totally different posters, but neither were what Ed was looking for... and
time has run out. And that's a shame, I was liking the 2nd one... but so it goes... "

I let him know how bummed we'll all be.

A small part of me thinks he could be f^cking with me and there still might be one but... this is the latest.
Another even smaller part of me thinks that the designs he did make could someday be leaked which I would find very cool.
Finally the smallest part of me is wondering what my girlfriend is up to.

    I don't think that he's joking. And I could be wrong, but doesn't the 09 posters include the HI dates on them?

    Well on his email he definitely didn't sound like he was joking at all.
    I dont necessarily think that there will be no poster, maybe someone else did it? he said time ran out, so maybe Eddie asked another designer to do the poster, or maybe it will be the same 2 posters?

    I got the email too, didn't sound like he was joking either...you guys think somebody else is gonna do the poster? There has to be a HI-specific poster, similar to Chicago last year...

    As long as Ed doesn't cancel on me I'll be fine. I was really looking forward to getting a hold of the highly coveted HI poster though :cry: At least I can grab the killer Volcom Hawaii shirt!!
