So I know this isn't a stretch but I think the "new song" Ed's been playing at the solo shows is definately going to be on the album and here's why:
I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but has anyone paid attention to the orchestral music playing at the end of the solo shows after Hard Sun? To me it definately sounded to be a similar musical pattern to the new song that has been played at a few of the shows. Also after reading the German guy's blog who has supposedly heard the new album, he describes one of the songs in the middle as a ballad with just Ed and a guitar, but drenched in strings. I believe this is probably the same song. I hope it is too, the song is beautiful, and sounds very heartfelt.
